At Let's Make History, I am committed to providing in-depth oral history and archival historical research as part of my historical products. My goal is to create engaging historical products that reflect the truth and represent the real people behind the stories, fostering a deeper history engagement.

Archival Research and Documentation

I conduct comprehensive archival research across a range of repositories, including local, state, and national archives, special collections, and digital databases. 


My services include: 

- Identifying and analyzing primary sources relevant to research projects or institutional histories, which serve as valuable educational resources for understanding history; 

- Conducting provenance and contextual research on documents, artifacts, and collections to enhance history engagement and provide deeper insights; 

- Preparing detailed research reports, bibliographies, and citation-ready documentation to support the dissemination of oral history and research findings; 

- Supporting grant-funded or collaborative research projects with archival expertise to ensure accuracy and transparency. 


I apply professional historical methodologies to guarantee reproducibility in every project, reinforcing the integrity of historical research.

Oral History and Qualitative Interviewing

Oral histories provide a critical dimension to the historical record and significantly enhance history engagement. I design and implement methodologically sound oral history projects that adhere to professional ethical and archival standards, making them valuable educational resources. 


My services encompass:

-  Project design, including interview frameworks and consent materials aligned with IRB and archival best practices; 

- Conducting in-depth, semi-structured interviews for scholarly, institutional, or community-based research; 

- Transcription, metadata creation, and preparation for digital preservation or repository submission; and 

- Analytical reporting and interpretive summaries suitable for academic publication or public dissemination. 


My approach ensures that individual narratives are preserved with integrity and contextualized within broader historical frameworks, thereby enriching the field of research.

Staff Rides and Historical Consulting

I provide strategic research and interpretive support for organizations developing exhibitions, institutional histories, or heritage initiatives. 


My services include creating educational resources for adult learners and professionals, such as Staff Ride development for military history professionals and teams, alongside a strong focus on research design and documentation strategy. 


Additionally, I offer editorial review to ensure historical accuracy and provide consultation on interpretive frameworks and public history projects, all aimed at enhancing history engagement and seamlessly integrating oral history into the narrative.
